To commence your application, you will need to register for an account in the Applicant Portal. Once registered, you can:

Applications through agents and representatives
Eligible agents and representatives will be redirected to the Agent Portal of our Application System to submit your application.
All of our registered agents and representatives will be registered as users of the Agent Portal.
Agents can start, save and submit applications in the Agent Portal.

Document certification
As part of your application to Kaplan International College Adelaide, you MUST submit either original documents OR certified copies of your academic transcripts, qualifications, and official English translations. Certification is an essential step to ensure the authenticity of your documents and avoid delays in assessment.
Every page of the document must contain all of the following elements:

An original stamp bearing the name of the person or organisation who verifies the document

A written statement in English to the effect of “I certify that this is a true copy of the original”

An original signature

The date of certification
Agents who are representing the College have the authority to sight original documents and provide certified, electronic copies when submitting the application. Agent certification must comply with the certification requirements listed above.
The following people can also certify documents:

A registered Kaplan education agent (acting on your behalf)

An authorised Kaplan or College staff member
-
A Justice of the Peace, Notary Public, or Consular Official
-
A Commissioner for Declarations or Affidavits

The registrar of the institution that issued the original document

A police officer or an authorised examining authority
Applicants under the age of 18
If you will be under 18 years of age when your course starts, you must meet student visa requirements set by the Department of Home Affairs.
You must either:

Reside with a parent or eligible relative approved by the Department

OR enter a Kaplan Guardianship Arrangement, which includes accommodation, welfare, and support services.

Receiving Your Offer
Offer of admission
We will send an email to you (or your agent) with an Offer of Admission if you are successful. If you have received an offer from us, congratulations!
The information in your Offer of Admission and acceptance is important, please read it carefully.

Acceptance and payment deadlines
If you have a conditional offer, the conditions are clearly outlined in your offer of admission. Conditions may include providing proof of English Language Proficiency, completion of academic qualifications, or provision of official documents (eg. original or certified copies of your documents). It is important that you provide evidence of meeting these conditions as soon as possible, to avoid delays in progressing your enrolment and visa application.
Accepting Your offer
How to accept your offer
See the acceptance process outlined below. Following this process and correctly completing the required forms will ensure the smooth and efficient processing of your acceptance and the issuing of your CoE (Confirmation of Enrolment).
You can accept a conditional offer by providing evidence of meeting all conditions together with your completed acceptance.
Step 1 – Offer of Admission
Log in to the Applicant Portal to accept your Offer of Admission. Make sure your personal details, especially your name, date of birth, and passport number, match exactly with the information in your passport. You will need to upload a scanned copy of both the personal ID page and signature page of your passport.
If you are working with an education agent, they may assist you in reviewing and completing this step to ensure everything is submitted correctly.
If you have a conditional offer, the conditions outlined in your Offer of Admissions must be fully met prior to acceptance (if any).
Step 2 – Fees
Payment can be made in the Applicant Portal of the Application System via the College’s preferred online payment provider, Flywire.

Step 3 – Visas
After accepting your offer and paying your tuition fees, you can begin preparing your student visa application. You may contact your nearest Australian Embassy or Consulate , or visit the Department of Home Affairs website to understand current visa requirements, documentation and processing times to be prepared ahead of time.
Step 4 – Confirmation of enrolment
Once your acceptance and payment are confirmed, the College will issue your CoE. This official document will be emailed to you or your nominated agent. It confirms your enrolment and includes key details required for your visa application, such as program dates, duration, and total fees paid.
Step 5 – Apply for visa
After receiving your CoE, you can now lodge your student visa application through ImmiAccount, the official online portal managed by the Department of Home Affairs. Your agent or representative can assist you with this process if needed.
To do this, your nominated agent or representative will need to create an ImmiAccount.
